In 2014 after providing this free contest for over 20 years and 2000+ kids the Jetty Kids felt the pinch of economics and used up the founding donation provided by Keith B. Noel. Knowing that this contest is important to the kids and the community, a new board of directors were elected in 2015 with the goal of keeping the Jetty Kids contest going for another 20 years.
In order to meet this goal, Jetty Kids relies on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support. Without the assistance of community-minded individuals just like you, Jetty Kids would not be able to host this surf competition for the local kids in our community.
